We have been discussing ways to stop this
happening again but it does not matter what we do to protect these patterns,
people will find a way around it. Adding something to the scan will only
help prove that it was originally scanned for the library but will not stop
people trying in the first place.
However, if everybody was to advertise the APL as much as possible, these
copies would not sell as most people would know that they could get them for
free. If every body could add a link to their site, blog or even your
siggy, then the word would get around.
You can either copy and paste the following html into your web page -
It will look like this ~
Or you can save the
logo and use it to link to - http://www.antiquepatternlibrary.org
Or just insert a text link
Thanks for your help!
