Materials
Small amounts of DK yarn in beige and white, beads for eyes and nose, 3.50mm hook, tapestry needle for sewing in ends.

Notes
cldec -cluster decrease:
*(yoh, insert hook in stitch, yoh and draw through a loop, yoh and draw through 2 loops on hook) twice, repeat from * in next stitch, yoh and draw through all 5 loops on hook.
cl - cluster: (yoh, insert hook in stitch, yoh and draw through a loop, yoh and draw through 2 loops on hook) 3 times, yoh and draw through all 4 loops on hook.
bdc: beaded dc

US
bsc: beaded sc

 

UK Instructions

Thread 1 bead on for nose and 2 beads on for eyes.

Rnd 1: Ch 2, 2 dc in 1st ch, make ear *ch 6, dc in 2nd ch from hook, htr in next ch, tr in next 2 ch, htr in next ch**, dc in 1st ch, rep from * to ** for next ear,  3 dc in 1st ch, ss to 2nd ch, mark as right side, turn. (6 dc and 2 ears)
Rnd 2: Ch 1, 2 dc in each of next 3 dc, *make ear (dc in next dc, mark last st worked, dc in next 3 dc, 3 dc in next dc, working along other side of ch in unused loops, 2 dc in next ch, dc in next 3 ch, fold ear in half length ways with right side to outside, matching marked dc with next ch, and, working through both layers, dc in next dc),** 3 dc in next dc, rep from * to ** for next ear, 2 dc in each of next 2 dc, ss to 1st ch, turn. (13 dc and 2 ears)
Rnd 3: Ch 1, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, dc in next 2 dc, miss ear, 2 dc in next dc, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, miss ear, dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc, dc in next 3 dc, ss to 1st ch, turn. (17 sts)
Rnd 4: Ch 1, dc in next 8 dc, bdc in next dc, dc in next dc, bdc in next dc, dc in next 6 dc, ss to 1st ch, turn.
Rnd 5: Ch 1, dc in each dc, ss to 1st ch, turn.
Rnd 6: Ch 1, (dc in next 2 dc, dc2tog) twice, lpst in next dc, bdc in next dc, lpst in next dc, dc2tog, dc in next 2 dc, dc2tog, ss to 1st ch, turn. (13 sts)
Rnd 7: Ch 1, dc in next dc, (dc2tog, dc in next 2 dc) 3 times, ss to 1st ch, turn. (10 sts)
Rnd 8: Ch 1, (2 dc in next dc, dc in next 4 dc) twice, ss to 1st ch, turn. (12 sts)
Rnd 9: Ch 1, (2 dc in next dc, dc in next 2 dc) 4 times, ss to 1st ch, turn. (16 sts)

Rnds 11-15: Ch 1, dc in each dc, ss to 1st ch, turn.
Rnd 16: Ch 1, dc in next dc, change to white, cldec over next 2 dc, change to colour, dc in next 3 dc, dc2tog, dc in next 2 dc, cl in next dc, dc2tog, cl in next dc, dc in next 2 dc, dc2tog, dc in next 2 dc, ss to 1st ch, turn. (16 sts)
Rnd 17: Ch 1, (dc2tog, dc in next 2 dc) 4 times, ss to 1st ch, turn. (12 sts)

Fill with toy stuffing.

Rnd 18: Ch 1, dc2tog 6 times, ss to 1st ch, fasten off and sew up hole.
