Make 2 chain. |

Into the 1st
(farthest away from the hook) chain, work a double crochet. |

Make another 3 chain. |

Into the 1st (farthest away from the hook) chain, work a slip stitch. This is your 1st petal
made. |

Work another double
crochet into the very 1st chain made. |

Repeat steps 3 and 4. 2nd petal made. |

Repeat steps 2, 3 and
4 until you have 8 petals made. |

Insert hook in to the
2nd of the very 1st 2 chain made and work a slip stitch. |

Cut yarn or thread
and pull the end through the slip stitch. Pull the end tight.
You now have a Mini flower.
Sew the ends in to tidy it up and
use it in any way you wish. |
To make slightly
larger flowers, use 4 or 5 chain at step 3. |
