Please remember that this is a UK site and I keep UK hours.  I also have a family.  Patterns are normally delivered within 24 hours of payment being confirmed during the week and 48 hours on the weekend.

These files require a pdf program to open them.  If you do not already have a suitable program, you can download a free pdf reader from Adobe.

All patterns are available in either a UK version or a US version.  Please make sure you state which version you require in the box.

I cannot accept payment in any form other than PayPal from outside the UK.

Make sure the email address on your PayPal payment is current and correct.  If you have spam control make sure my email address (the one you send your PayPal payment to) is added to your approved list.  The patterns are sent by email to the address I receive the PayPal payment from.

I have been experiencing difficulty with AOL email addresses.  If you use AOL with PayPal, you would be advised to add an alternative address in with your payment.

If I am unable to deliver the patterns within 14 days of receiving payment due to email problems, I will refund the payment.  Payment can not be refunded for any other reason once the pattern has been sent.

If you are unable to receive patterns in this way, email me before purchasing to discuss alternative arrangements.

I usually have no objections to you making items from my patterns to sell, whether for charity or personal gain.

However, I do ask that you attach a tag showing me as designer and linking back to my site.
